Based on this assessment, they are developed individualized nutrition plans. In addition to nutrition, the program emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity. Exercise plans are designed to be achievable with individual preferences and fitness levels in mind. Behavioral coaching is a core aspect of the program that addresses the psychological and emotional factors that influence eating habits and lifestyle choices. Safety and well-being are paramount. The program encourages gradual, steady progress rather than quick fixes or extreme measures. Importantly, the goal of the program is long-term success beyond weight loss.
