Content Plan:

"Healthy Weight Loss for Women" is a comprehensive and personalized program designed to help women achieve their weight loss goals safely and sustainably. This program focuses on holistic health by integrating tailored nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes specifically for women's needs. It begins by equipping course participants with essential information about nutrition, physical activity, stress management, mental mindset, motivation, and accountability. It includes a thorough assessment of each participant's health profile, including medical history, current eating habits, physical activity level, and weight loss goals. Based on this assessment, individualized nutrition plans are developed. In addition to nutrition, the program emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity. Exercise plans are designed to be achievable, considering individual preferences and fitness levels. Behavioral coaching is a fundamental aspect of the program, addressing the psychological and emotional factors influencing eating habits and lifestyle choices. Safety and well-being are prioritized, with the program promoting gradual, stable progress rather than quick fixes or extreme measures. Importantly, the goal of the program is long-term success beyond weight loss. Participants learn strategies for maintaining weight, navigating social situations, and overcoming obstacles. By equipping women with the tools and support they need, "Healthy Weight Loss for Women" fosters positive lifestyle changes that contribute to overall health and well-being.

Timetable:

1) The course starts with an eight-hour workshop where participants learn useful information about the significance of nutrition for health, weight loss, and overall body condition. They will learn about nutrient metabolism, the importance of vitamins, antioxidants, or other dietary supplements; the influence of hormones on our health, metabolism, and movement. They will also receive practical information on how to work with motivation and how to create a habit and why it is key for maintaining health and set goals. Participants will learn how stress, lack of motivation, or excuses prevent them from achieving their set weight loss goals. They will also learn effective strategies and procedures on how to mitigate stress and manage lack of motivation.
2) Individual monitoring of existing dietary habits for one week.
3) Individual consultation and evaluation of current status connected with a complete anamnesis, physical composition examination, and a tailored program of dietary, drinking, sleeping, and exercise plans.
4) After six weeks of following the recommended individual plan, a control consultation connected with a physical composition examination and a correction of the weight loss plan follows. After this consultation, you can continue to lose weight independently or continue with us for more extended support.
5) This program also offers an option to order long-term support for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. You will be included in a group of similarly minded women and through mentoring and coaching, group support, or tips on physical activities, you will continue working on your health, shaping your body, increasing your mental and physical well-being, and resilience.
