Practical exercises will focus on:
• A repository of movement games leading to the gradual acquisition of sufficient physical fitness to perform individual parkour techniques.
• How to safely manage and control a sudden fall – methodology of safety rolls.
• Preparatory body exercises – movement patterns – fostering physiologically positive movement habits for individual parkour techniques.
• Preparatory take-off and landing exercises to properly master the technique of jumping from one obstacle to another.
• Techniques for overcoming lower and higher obstacles and their modifications.
• Basic techniques for overcoming obstacles using rotational movements.
• Connecting individual parkour techniques and subsequently creating "flow".
