The course is conducted in the Czech language.
Program Characteristics:
The goal of the course is to acquaint participants with the basic principles of training both children and adults, identify strengths and weaknesses in climbing performance, and highlight health aspects of climbing.
Practical and theoretical lessons alternate covering all areas of climbing training. The course includes individual diagnostics of body composition and performance indicators. Teaching takes place on selected climbing walls.

1) Familiarization with the basic principles of training children and adults
2) Identifying strengths and weaknesses in climbing performance and highlighting health aspects of climbing
3) After successfully completing the course for instructors on artificial walls, rock climbing, and a general coaching foundation (50h), it is possible to apply for the trade license "Sports Climbing Coach".
4) Successful graduates can obtain a Sports Climbing Coach C1-2 license after meeting the requirements of the ČHS Coaching Order for sports climbing coaches.
After successfully completing the course for instructors on artificial walls, rock climbing, and a general coaching foundation (50h), it is possible to apply for the trade license "Sports Climbing Coach". Successful graduates can obtain a Sports Climbing Coach C1-2 license after meeting the requirements of the ČHS Coaching Order for sports climbing coaches.
