Sports massage
Sports massage is a reconditioning procedure used to support health in a biological, psychological and social context. It consists in the application of specific massage touches to the muscles of the limbs and trunk, primarily in healthy people, for the purpose of reconditioning and regeneration.
The course is conducted in the Czech language.
