Content Plan:

An educational program focused on integrating elements of contact exercises into physical education in a fun and safe manner so that children naturally become accustomed to physical contact. Currently, physical contact is disappearing from children's spontaneous activities, yet it contributes not only to proper physical and health development but also creates a sense of social belonging, increases frustration tolerance, and lastly, psychological resilience.

The theoretical part of the program is focused on the importance and understanding of the benefits of incorporating grappling into school physical education.

The practical part then includes the correct methodology of exercises in terms of gradual adaptation to contact and safety during exercise. Applicants will familiarize themselves with a set of preparatory grappling exercises, pair exercises, and group games derived from grappling sports.

Last but not least, the applicants will learn to teach falling techniques methodically as a prevention of injuries from falls.
