Skiing basics course (Pec pod Sněžkou)

27.1.2025 - Start of the course, explanation of the course program and 1st theoretical lecture
28.1.–30.1.2025 - During the day, practice of downhill and cross-country skiing technique, stopping and subsequent practice of arcs, teaching of skating (one-time and two-time running) and classics (alternate running, competition), adjustment of students' riding technique, preparation of materials for evening video analysis
31.1.2025 - Verification of basic movement skills on downhill and cross-country skis

The course is conducted in the Czech language.
