Course of self-knowledge

An open mind is important :

Participants should be open to self-reflection, introspection and discovering new ideas and perspectives on themselves and the world around them. The target group should be motivated to invest time and effort in the course, as self-discovery and personal growth often require commitment and persistence. It is beneficial for participants to have a certain level of emotional maturity to navigate potentially challenging and introspective topics with resilience and self-awareness. The target audience should demonstrate curiosity and a desire to explore different aspects of themselves, such as personality traits, values, strengths and weaknesses, and life goals.

Set out on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal development with our comprehensive course focused on self-discovery, personal growth and well-being. Designed to enable individuals to cultivate and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and unlock their full personal potential, this course offers an effective holistic approach to personal development. Through a series of interactive modules and personal challenges, participants explore different aspects of their identity, beliefs, values, attitudes and emotions, gaining invaluable insight into their unique strengths, as well as identifying challenges and opportunities that can further advance them personally and otherwise. Every activity carried out will be reflected on under the guidance of experienced lecturers. Furthermore, participants will try facilitated self-reflection exercises, mindfulness exercises and activities aimed at acquiring the competence of setting realistic goals with development potential. The aim of the course will be to further increase the self-awareness and inner perception of the participants as well as their resilience.

Timeline :

1 day:

arrival, accommodation, lunch; afternoon activities: Understanding Self: Exploring personality traits, strengths/weaknesses, and core values to cultivate a sense of identity and purpose.
2. day:

breakfast, Emotional Intelligence: Developing skills in self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and social skills to improve emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships, lunch, Mindfulness and Self-Care: Learning stress management, relaxation and self-compassion techniques to support mental and physical relaxation, dinner
3. day:

survival day: activities applying the skills acquired in the previous days
4. day:

breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Goal Setting and Self-Motivation: Setting meaningful goals, overcoming obstacles, and cultivating a growth mindset to achieve personal and professional success.
5. breakfast:

feedback, evaluation, departure.
