Schedule and Content Plan:
The theoretical part explains the theory of stimulating coordination skills in children, describes the main principles of developing coordination skills at various developmental stages (from age 10, 10 - 12 years, 12 - 15 years). It outlines the main methods and means for stimulating coordination. The practical part will describe the main tools used for developing coordination in childhood.
Participants will try examples of exercises for the main groups of tools:
- obstacle courses
- balance exercises
- acrobatic exercises
- arrhythmic exercises
- asynchronous exercises
- apparatus exercises
- balance exercises
5 hours divided into two thematic blocks (2 hours theoretical and 3 hours practical training).
