Content Plan:

This course, led by experts in women's health and fitness, will introduce you to the complexity of hormonal fluctuations and their impact on the female body. Participants will gain valuable insights into how hormonal changes at different life stages affect overall health, including during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, contraception, and menopause.
You will learn practical strategies for optimizing nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle to support hormonal balance and improve well-being. Discover evidence-based approaches to maximize fitness and performance while respecting the unique needs of the female body. From adjusting workouts to synchronizing training with menstrual cycles to optimizing recovery, this course equips you with tools to more effectively achieve fitness goals.

Whether you are an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, an instructor, a coach, or simply interested in improving women's health, this workshop offers invaluable information and advice that will help you navigate hormonal changes or consider them in planning lessons and training.

Schedule:

First lecture block 9:00-11:30 hours: hormonal background of the female body's functioning, key to utilizing natural changes during hormonal transitions to optimize performance, activity planning.
Lunch break: 11:30 -12:15 (participants pay for their own lunch).
Second lecture block: 12:15 – 13:30 hours: hormones and diet, how to maintain optimal weight and avoid hunger, vaginal flora, endometriosis.
Woman in motion: 13:30 – 16:00 hours: how to work with painful menstruation, how to strengthen the pelvic floor, how to process emotions through movement.
